Retail Brand Ambassador - Chic Womens Lifestyle Brand

Drawing inspiration from the Parisian lifestyle, the boutique embodies a relaxed and chic ambience for its clients, making every visit a memorable experience.
THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for a Brand Ambassador to help with creating these memorable experiences for it clients, based in their London boutique located in the vibrant Nottinghill.
The Brand Ambassador will be the face of this French brand by greeting and welcoming clients who enter the boutique and providing them high levels of customer service.
Selling will not be required for this role however, you will still be a key member of the team and be ready to assist with varied tasks where required with a focus on security and stock management.
- Welcome customers and introduce them to the brand and the brands' philosophy.
- Be the key security member for the boutique and taking charge of loss prevention.
- Provide personalised customer service using brand and market knowledge.
- Assist with stock management and deliveries.
- Have a constant awareness of shop floor, assisting Sales Assistants where required.
- Assist with store opening/closing where required.
- Work effectively as part of a team, bringing a positive attitude at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures particularly those surrounding health & safety and security.
- To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service roles
- Excellent organisational skills, applying logic and common sense.
- You will be pro-active, energetic and personable.
- A friendly, warm personality with a positive attitude is key.
